It’s what we do.

We mostly cultivate Pacific oysters (Crassostrea gigas), and do a bit of native Olympia oyster cultivation on the side. Although Pacific oysters are native to Japan, they love our waters and are also the most common oyster species grown on the west coast.  The naming and branding in the oyster world is a bit bonkers, so we just roll with Draytons: tide-tumbled, Drayton Harbor Pacifics.

Tap Wall and Wines

We have an array of whites, reds, roses, and bubbles that all pair wonderfully with our dishes.

Our new space also boasts a custom-made twelve tap wall for our favorite pints - some regular, some rotating…

…Local kombucha (on tap) for those that want an adult beverage without the alcohol,
